This Return & Exchange Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from RYNOR through RYNOR.US. If you purchased a RYNOR item from a third-party retailer, marketplace, or resale platform, please contact that seller directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES OVERVIEW

  • FREE EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS (FIRST EXCHANGE ONLY)
  • RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
  • Shipping fees are not refunded unless required by law or the return is due to our error
  • Shipping fees apply starting from the second exchange

EXCHANGES (30 DAYS)

You may request ONE FREE SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

Beginning with the SECOND EXCHANGE, shipping charges will apply.

To initiate an exchange, email CONTACT@RYNOR.US with your order number and the item you want in exchange.

Exchanged items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn and unused
  • No stains, odors, makeup, damage, or signs of wear
  • Original packaging, tags, and included accessories intact

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

RETURNS (14 DAYS)

You may request a return within 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY for eligible items purchased directly from us.

To initiate a return, email CONTACT@RYNOR.US with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping costs and any non-refundable label or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, and excessive wear
  • Returned with original tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories, if applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or the original order number

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale, markdown, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Items returned in a condition that prevents resale as new
  • Any product category identified on the product page as non-returnable for hygiene or other lawful reasons

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email CONTACT@RYNOR.US within 7 DAYS of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or the customer failed to receive it, we may deduct return shipping charges, handling fees, and any non-recoverable carrier fees from the refund, where permitted by law.
