ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff or during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during product drops, launches, sales, holiday periods, or other high-volume periods.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timelines shown on the Site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Weather, carrier disruptions, apartment access issues, address errors, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
SHIPPING DELAYS
If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated on the Site or at checkout, or, if no timeframe is stated, within 30 DAYS after your order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to wait for the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a full refund.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment number, suite number, gate code, and any other delivery information needed for successful delivery.
RYNOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information entered at checkout.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, shipping times and delivery handling are outside our direct control. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors, building staff, and household members.
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, email CONTACT@RYNOR.US with your order number and any supporting information within 7 DAYS of the marked delivery date. We may assist with a carrier claim or, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship the items separately at no additional charge. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
PREORDERS AND BACKORDERS
If you purchase a preorder or backordered item, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page or at checkout. Orders containing preorder items may ship later than our standard processing timeline.
